Even though there are still 10 months left before the iPhone 17 Pro launch, there are already rumors about its specifications. Here are some interesting changes expected:

Design

• Aluminum frame: Unlike the iPhone 15 Pro and 16 Pro that use titanium frames and the iPhone X – 14 Pro that use stainless steel frames
• New back cover: Uses a combination of aluminum and glass
• Larger square camera module: Made of aluminum

Hardware

• A19 Pro chip: The latest generation, built on 3nm technology, is more efficient and more power-efficient
• Wi-Fi 7 chip: Designed by Apple itself (some models)
• 12GB RAM: Up from 8GB in iPhone 16, it enables AI processing and smoother multitasking

Camera

• 24MP front camera: Upgraded from 12MP on iPhone 16
• 48MP Telephoto camera: Upgraded from 12MP on iPhone 16 Pro

Only iPhone 17 Pro Max

• Smaller Dynamic Island: Due to the use of “metalens” technology for Face ID

All of these are just rumors. We have to wait and see what the real iPhone 17 Pro will look like. But for sure, there should be a major upgrade that will make iPhone fans wow! Or not!
